BMM’s commercial work applies the same independent, methodologically transparent analytical framework that powers our public research to specific operational and investment questions. We do not sell templated reports or recurring subscriptions. We work with clients on a scoped, ad-hoc basis, built around the question the client needs answered. Every engagement is delivered with explicit attribution limits, methodology notes, and full independence from the entities or outcomes analysed.

Each engagement is scoped in advance with a written brief, delivered on a fixed-fee basis, and accompanied by the underlying dataset, methodology, and scenario table. BMM retains editorial independence on the analytical conclusion; the client receives the analysis for their internal use, and commercial confidentiality is preserved unless the client chooses to publish.

BMM does not accept engagements that require a predetermined conclusion. Methodological transparency and analytical independence are the assets this platform is built on, and they are not for sale.
